Amit Dua
In a career spanning 26+ years, Amit Dua has leveraged his deep insights and expertise to help banks successfully undertake a business and digital transformation journey. He is based in London and leads the Client Engagement, Alliances, and Industry Solutions functions for SunTec globally. Before joining SunTec, he served as Vice President & Regional Head for Europe, the Americas, Australia and New Zealand as well as Head of Global Alliances for the banking product business of Infosys Limited, a $18+ billion global firm. He also served as the Executive Sponsor of the Finacle Client Advisory Board. Amit has handled markets in advanced and emerging economies in Europe and the Americas including LATAM, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and Africa. He is a keen business strategist and lends thought leadership to contemporary topics like trends in banking technology, customer experience management, digital banking, channels, and core banking transformations, to name a few. Amit has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Marketing.

Sudheer has over 25 years of experience in the financial services and global banking technology industries. He works closely with CXOs and business leaders of retail and universal banks across Western Europe, Africa, and the Middle East in defining their transformation roadmap around Core Banking, Indirect taxation, Relationship-based pricing, and digital banking. Sudheer’s core competencies include driving customer relationships, business development, interpersonal skills, industry and product expertise, and developing value propositions and solution-based sales techniques to drive the right solutions to address client needs. Sudheer has consistently demonstrated an unconventional thinking ability to identify a problem and implement innovative solutions for global banks.

Arjun Nandakumar is General Manager at SunTec Business Solutions, where he steers global product strategy and execution for the firm’s revenue-management platform, aligning technology, customer insight and commercial ambition. Since joining SunTec in 2018 and rising rapidly through product and project leadership roles, he has built a reputation for balancing near-term urgency with long-term value, an approach he shares in industry commentary on AI-enabled pricing and modern product discipline. Before SunTec, Arjun managed projects at Comcast and completed internships with KPMG. He holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, specializing in cloud computing, from the University of Colorado Denver, and a Bachelor’s in Strategy and Innovation from Boston University.
